Massive Price Tag for President Biden’s Hotel Rooms for Illegals is Revealed

During these tough economic times it would be nice to know that the President’s on your side.

He says he is, and he promised $2,000 checks, so everything seemed not too bad for a while.

But then it turned out the checks would actually be $1,400. Then it turned out they would be delayed while Democrats rammed through a huge pork bill to give to donors and bail out blue state idiot governors.

Then it turned out that Biden has enough to worry about trying to walk up a set of stairs than to actually make any sense or have any leadership on any issue from the border to the economy to the health crisis.

None of the mistakes and problems of Biden so far overshadow the worst one of all: the horrendous mess that he’s created at the Southern border.

Now the price tag of the Biden Administration’s housing of illegal aliens has been unveiled and people are furious.

Hey Illegals, Here’s a Hotel

Believe it or not, Biden got enough negative press about locking up kids in detention centers and overcrowded facilities that he’s now shelling out more money for hotels. The numbers are big, too.

Over 120,000 Unaccompanied Alien Children (UACs) are expected to come into the US this year and border facilities are being upgraded to be nicer and have more space for everyone.

The Biden Administration will be spending a whopping $86 million for hotels for illegals.

FEMA will be shelling out $110 million to “eligible local nonprofit and governmental organizations and state governmental facilities that have aided, or will aid” those who cross the border and get caught.

As DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas admitted, border patrol has let illegals into the US who did have COVID-19.

$1,400 for You, $86 Million for Them

You may be happy you got a $1,400 check, but illegals will be getting nice hotel rooms thanks to the $86 million contract with ICE. Border detention facilities are being upgraded and rapid release will be taking place of migrants within 72 hours. But due to the massive numbers people will be staying at hotels.

Maybe CNN can do a walkaround the hotel and interview illegals about whether they like the breakfast buffet and if room service is up to their standards.

The hotels aren’t equipped to be properly ready for COVID-19, and considering that a large amount of illegals are now testing positive for the disease it’s not exactly an optimal situation.

Less than half of illegals who are caught at the border or in the US are being deported, even though Biden now claims he never welcomed illegals and wants them to go home.

Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell put it correctly when he slammed Biden for sending mixed messages to desperate migrants

“Democrats claim this overall influx is not because of their new administration. Well, that would be news to the migrants themselves. Some of these people have told reporters it was the Democrats’ rhetoric that led them to come. Some have shown up wearing T-shirts with the Biden campaign’s logo on them,” McConnell said.

The Numbers Don’t Lie

The thing is, numbers don’t lie.

In February there were around 100,000 illegal immigrants caught at the border. That’s up 170 percent compared to February of 2020. Furthermore, the amount of UACs has massively increased. The only difference is that now the media appears to have decided they aren’t “kids in cages.”

According to the Hill:

“Records reviewed by the network showed that the government has about 15,500 unaccompanied migrant minors in U.S. custody. Over 5,000 unaccompanied minors are currently held in a tent holding facility run by Customs and Border Protection (CBP) and other stations along the U.S.-Mexico Border as of Saturday morning.”

The Biden legacy is really going to be something.
