The CDC and Biden Administration continues to pressure everyone to get a COVID vaccine, saying it will keep them safe and sound.

But many of those having negative reactions are not happy about the media and government failing to let them know about the dangers.

British rock icon Eric Clapton has recently come out with shocking details about his negative reaction to the AstraZeneca shot which he said were so bad he was worried his career might be over.

‘I Feared I Would Never Play Again’

Clapton, who is most famous for songs like “Wonderful Tonight,” “Tears in Heaven,” and “Layla,” said he is sick and tired of the propaganda about the shots telling people there’s very little danger.

“I took the first jab of AZ [AstraZeneca] and straight away had severe reactions which lasted ten days. My hands and feet were either frozen, numb or burning, and pretty much useless for two weeks, I feared I would never play again,” Clapton said.

Clapton said the “propaganda” telling him the vaccine was safe for everyone misled him and made him feel confident there was nothing to worry about, when in reality “I should never have gone near the needle.”

He’s feeling better now, but the 76-year-old said it took several weeks and he had another awful series of reactions after his second shot.

“I’ve been a rebel all my life, against tyranny and arrogant authority, which is what we have now,” Clapton said.

He released a song against the lockdowns called “Stand and Deliver” earlier this year together with fellow star Van Morrison who has also been strongly against the lockdowns and claimed that the COVID pandemic is part of a government plot to take people’s freedom.

Meanwhile on Twitter, liberals mocked Clapton for his stand against the lockdown and painful negative reactions to the vaccine, joking that if it crippled his ability to play it was a good thing.

‘We Can Prevail’

Clapton received the AstraZeneca shot which has been stopped from being given in many countries due to the negative reactions. But there have also been very bad side effects from the Moderna and Pfizer shots.

It’s important that people like Clapton speak out because it shows ordinary people that they are not crazy for feeling like something is very wrong right now and that their governments are not properly informing them of the risk of the COVID vaccines.

Still, there is hope, and Clapton said that he believes that if we stick together and support each other we can get through these difficult times.

“I also crave fellowship, compassion and love,” Clapton said. “I believe with these things we can prevail.”
