Judge Juan Merchan is the one in charge of evaluating the case against former President Trump in New York.
Trump has been indicted for allegedly writing false things on financial statements to pay off an adult actress to stay quiet about their past encounter ahead of the 2016 election.
Now, information is coming out about just how biased Merchan is and how big a conflict of interest he has in the Trump case. He shouldn’t be anywhere near it!
Merchan’s Menace
Merchan is a committed Democrat who has donated multiple times to far-left causes. Digging into Federal Election Commission (FEC) data, we can see Merchan gave to ActBlue funds ahead of the 2020 election cycle.
This included to a fund to make Biden president and another to “stop” the GOP.
This is a man with the potential to interfere directly with the 2024 election and help Biden who is a Biden supporter and an actual donor to the Democrat party.
The conflict of interest couldn’t be more blatant. You couldn’t make this kind of fraud up if you tried!
According to FEC filings, Judge Juan Merchan donated 3x to ActBlue:
– 1st donation was earmarked for Biden's 2020 presidential campaign
– 2nd was pledged to a PAC that rallies voter turnout for Dems

It Gets Worse…
Merchan prosecuted former Trump Organization CFO Allen Weisselberg. Trump says Merchan “railroaded” his elderly CFO in the most awful of ways and did a horrible job.
Two of the Trump Organization’s companies were found guilty of tax fraud, lying on records, and they were made to pay out $1.6 million.
Accusations of bias, in that case, caused Merchan to deny all claims, saying it was just a standard case.
Merchan’s own daughter Loren worked for Kamala Harris’ failed 2020 presidential run in digital marketing. She is a woke extremist who had pronouns on her LinkedIn profile as well.
The rabbit hole just keeps going deeper on this Merchan fellow and it’s not looking good at all.
The man is clearly a hand-selected leftist who was picked by DA Alvin Bragg and Soros-run interests to punish Trump as much as possible.
