There is currently a landmark case coming before the US Supreme Court (SCOTUS) that will directly impact the right to life. This case is Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization. Oral arguments have already started in this case.
This case could determine the future of Roe v. Wade and of the pro-life cause. That’s why it’s so important, and that’s why the view of conservative Justices, like Clarence Thomas, now have the power to save millions of lives.

What is Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization?
Before understanding what Justice Thomas has said about this case, it’s important to grasp the basics of what Dobbs v. Jackson is.
This case is a challenge to Mississippi’s 2018 law which bans abortion after 15 weeks of being pregnant. This is far from an “extreme” pro-life law; it’s just basic humanity, but the left can’t stand it.
Soulless harpies have already been shrieking outside the Supreme Court at the chance their “right” to murder unborn babies will be revoked. The case came about because Republican states like Mississippi have been putting in place basic protections for the unborn and it’s been leading to pushback.
If Roe v. Wade is thrown out, then these lawsuits have the chance to move forward more and start increasing pro-life rights.

Clarence Thomas Speaks
During open arguments, in this case, Thomas voiced his opinion. Usually, he doesn’t speak in this period, but at this point, he broke in. As Thomas said, the Constitution protects the rights of Americans. He asked where in the Constitution it states the right to abortion.
It’s a simple question, but it’s correct. Because, of course, there is no right to abortion whatsoever in the Constitution; our Founding Fathers would have been repulsed and horrified at the mere idea.
Solicitor General Elizabeth Prelogar, who is arguing in favor of abortion rights, said in her view the 14th Amendment guarantees the right to abortion, since it is a matter of “bodily” independence and liberty.
Women shouldn’t be “forced” to have a baby, according to her, as it infringes on their freedom.
As Thomas pointed out, our abortion laws are completely backwards; there is no right to an abortion in the Constitution. Prelogar is wrong and malicious. Murder is not a right.
Why the Left is Wrong on Abortion
There are two main reasons the left is completely wrong on abortion. They are extremely, extremely simple. Firstly, an unborn baby is not a woman’s body. It’s an unborn baby.
Secondly, murder is illegal and that should extend to murdering a fetus. As for the idea that abortion cramps a woman’s right to choose whether to be a mother, that choice is made when having sex, which can lead to pregnancy.
Even with protection and all precautions, sex can lead to pregnancy. This is something most people learn during sex education in middle school, but apparently, the left needs to hear it repeated.
If you don’t want to be “forced” to become a mom, don’t have sex.
